Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: Breed restrictions apply. Height limit of 24 inches or less when full grown. Two pets per home. Cats must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. No exotic animals. Pet deposit is $404 total of which $200 is refundable. Monthly pet rent is $25.50 (1 pet) &35.70 (2 pets).
